The problem it solves
Most leaders don’t lack ideas – they lack a reliable way to deliver them under pressure. The course gives you the tools in a clear order, from breath and voice through to structure and story, so you can practise them before the moment that matters.
Why practice beats theory
Reading about confident delivery doesn’t change how you sound when your heart rate goes up. The only reliable way to perform well under pressure is to have already done it – many times, in conditions close to the real thing. That is why every session is built around doing: you speak, you get feedback, you try again, and you notice the difference straight away.
This kinaesthetic approach means the skills live in your body, not just your notes. When the moment comes, you don’t have to remember a list of tips. Your breathing, your voice and your structure are already there, so you can pay attention to the people in front of you instead of to your own nerves.
It also means progress is visible. Recording yourself before and after shows you what has changed, which builds the kind of confidence that lasts beyond a single event.
How to get the most from it
Work through the modules in order. The early classes on breath, body and voice give you the physical foundation; the later ones on frameworks and storytelling give you structure. Practise each exercise out loud and record yourself – watching yourself back is the fastest way to see what has changed.
If you have a specific event coming up – a pitch, an interview or a keynote – use it as your practice material. The tools work best when you apply them to something real.
How it works
The course is online, so you can take it from anywhere. Each class is short and practical, with exercises to try straight away. If you choose With Feedback, you send your practice videos and Alexander reviews them personally. For live coaching in London or on Zoom, use the enquiry form.
